Scott has spent his career leading growth initiatives, building strong teams, and supporting organizations as they strengthen operations and expand their impact. He is known for being hands-on and approachable, working closely with teams to understand challenges and implement solutions that truly make a difference.

Scott’s approach is simple. He brings clarity, structure, and support to help practices operate more efficiently and grow with confidence. That philosophy led to the creation of Dental Solutions 360, a platform designed to help independent dentists improve performance, strengthen their systems, and build more profitable, sustainable businesses.

Prior to his career in dentistry, Scott spent 13 years in management and senior leadership roles within the convenience store and fuel operations industry, where he developed high-performing teams, championed operational excellence, and cultivated a customer first approach that continues to influence his leadership philosophy today.

Scott’s true passion is his family, spending time with Wendy, his wife and two children. The family enjoys experiences together, especially travel, hockey and attending concerts.
